3 DAYS BEFORE THANKSGIVING AND WE HAVE A FOOT OF SNOW!!!

We woke up this morning to a foot of snow. Our neighbor kids made this cute snowman for us and so I wanted to blog it and let you see all the snow.

SARAH'S SENIOR PICTURE !!!!

Since Sarah doesn't blog anymore I decided to blog this beautiful picture of her. She will be graduating in June 2011 and I can hardly wait for Sarah and family to move back to Utah. Here's hoping that is all works out well and that Sarah gets excepted to BYU Utah. :)

TAYLOR IS NOW A LICENSED DRIVER !!!!!!!

Taylor is driving to school these days and she is a junior at Bingham High School. It seems to me that she went from being this little cutie at about one year old to this Beautiful girl that is driving in just a short time. Where did the time go?

WE HAVE FIVE BEAUTIFUL GRANDDAUGHTERS!!!

Sarah is 17, Taylor is 16, Becca 9, Kinlee will be 8 in July, and Kaitlyn is 4.

SPRING IS FINALLY HERE JUST IN TIME FOR SUMMER!!!

Grandpa and I found this cute "Kid's Water Fountain", at Lowe's last week and I couldn't resist buying it for our front yard now that spring and summer are really here. :)

IS IT REALLY THE END OF MAY?

This is how it looked outside when we woke up this morning and now an hour later it is stilling snowing. I sure hope our tomatoes, squash, potatoes and cucumbers will be alright.

When is it going to be spring? Never mind it is soon supposed to be Summer.

There are some really beautiful flowers under that snow.

Have a wonderful day today Ellen. Dad & I wish you a very Happy Birthday and are so excited to see you and Russ in 57 days. :) Since I don't have any recent pictures I am glad that I can get out the old ones. This is one of my favorites of you when you were little. Oh how fast the time has gone by. What a wonderful family you have. The reunion in July will be ever so GREAT. We love you.

I hope you have a very happy birthday today, Merril. I'm thankful that we have been able to share 50 years of birthday's together. This picture was taken when Merril was just 19 years old. He is with some friends from Nephi and this is at the time he was working in Forrest's Conoco Station in Nephi. APRIL FOOL DAY & THIS IS NO JOKE!!!!!!

When we got up this morning we were greeted by 7 inches of new snow. We are longing for spring. Oh well, it can't be too far away, can it? It is a real wet snow as you can see by the road, but on the lawn it measures 7 inches and it is supposed to snow more today. :(

OUR SECOND GREATGRANDCHILD HAS ARRIVED

Little Caleb arrived on Friday night March 26th at 9:55 p.m. He weighs 7 pounds 12 1/2 ounces and is 20 inches long. We were privileged to see him in the hospital yesterday and oh what a cutie he is. He seems to be perfect in every way. Dad and Mom have every reason to be happy, proud, and blessed to have such a beautiful and healthy baby boy. Congratulations to the parents, grandparents and greatgrand parents. :) We are all thrilled.

BEAUTIFUL HOMES IN SANTA CLARA

We took a ride over to Santa Clara on Monday. We came across this subdivision on a street called Old Farm Road. Most of these homes were in a circle called Somerset Circle. Maybe we all ought to pool our money and buy one of these and we could all stay here at the same time. :)

Taylor is 15 going on 16, What a beauty!!!!!!!

Taylor has passed her written driver's permit and will now be driving with either her Dad or Mom. This picture was taken on her first day of High School. Oh, how the time flies by fast. I can't believe she is going to be sixteen this year. Isn't she a beautiful girl? This is a picture of Taylor and her friend on the first day of school. What a little cutie she is!!!!

HAPPY VALENTINE !!!!

Happy Valentine from Grandpa & Grandma in Canyon Cove. These hearts are lite up every night right above our subdivision. No one around here better forget it is Valentine on Sunday.

I planted this bulb on January 4th, the day after we got down here. This is how it looks now.

It is so fun to watch it grow. I believe it grows about 1/2 inch a day.

FIFTY YEARS TODAY!!!!!!!

Dad and I were married February 5, 1960 in the Manti Temple. The weather was very cold and a lot of snow. We got stuck in the snow on our way back to Fountain Green to a wedding luncheon that Grandma & Grandpa Anderson were hosting for us. We had to go by way of Mt. Pleasant to pick up the wedding cake and that is where we got stuck. We have been very happy all of these years and are grateful for our terrific family. We love you all. This picture was taken by Blaine at David & Mandy's wedding back on November 21st in Portland, Oregon. I wish I had one of our wedding pictures with us down here in St. George and I would put it on the blog. Maybe I can do it when we go back home.

Dad gave me these beautiful roses and we are going to go to the Olive Garden tonight.

DR. "J'S" HOUSE IS FOR SALE

This is Julius Erving's St. George house that is for sale for 2.25 million dollars. It is in a subdivision called Stone Cliff. There are a lot of big mansions up here on this cliff.

HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM SUNNY SOUTHERN UTAH !!!

This is our home for three months in Canyon Cove, We really like it. The weather is GREAT!!!!! It has been in the middle 50's since we got here last Sunday. This is our neighbors the Gardner's cactus garden. They live right across the street from us, they are also our friends in our ward in South Jordan. Notice the pansies in bloom.

Here is our kitchen. It is equipped with everything that we need.

This is our living room, notice the TV isn't as big as last years, but it is just fine.
